For organisations: free emergency IDs for your members
Clubs, schools, charities, care services and volunteer groups can use DigitalBracelet for free, in two ways: make the IDs for your members yourself, or help each family make their own. Either way, nothing is sent to us.
Create IDs for your whole group
Enter each person, add your logo, and print wallet cards, stickers or paper wristbands. Every code is checked before printing, and your list is saved in a password-protected file on your device.
Open the group toolLet each family make their own
Pin the poster with a big QR code on your notice board, or send families the letter. Each family makes its own ID in a few minutes, on its own phone.

A free badge or a simple link, so families find the tool from your site. Copy and paste, nothing to install.

No account and no database: each person’s details live inside their own QR code. Anyone who scans a code can read that card, as with any medical ID, so ask families before entering their details.
Read how it worksWhich way suits you?
- You want everyone covered quickly, for a team, a class trip or a holiday club: create the IDs yourself with the group tool.
- Families should keep control of their own details, for example in a school or a large club: share the poster or the letter and let them make their own.
- Many organisations do both: the group tool for a trip, the poster for every day.
Free, with no account
The tools on this page are free, with no account, no limit from us and no advertising on the emergency card. They run in your browser: we never receive your list, your logo or anyone’s details.
Questions from organisations
Do we need permission from families?
Yes. Ask before entering anyone’s details, and enter only what a helper needs. The group tool reminds you of this before you start.
Can we see who has scanned a code?
No. There is no tracking, no scan history and no dashboard. Nothing about a scan reaches us or you.
What if a member’s details change?
Open your group file, update the person and print a new card. Destroy the old one: a code holds the details as they were when it was made.
Is it a medical device?
No. It shows the information you entered and simple first-aid steps summarised from public guidance. It does not replace emergency services or medical advice.
