Who are you looking after?
What happens on the day
Someone finds them
A neighbour, a teacher, a stranger at the beach. They notice the bracelet.
They scan it with their phone
No app and no account. The card opens straight away, in their language. No signal? The backup code still shows who to call.
They know what to do
They call or message you, with their location if they choose, and follow simple steps for the condition.
Open this example card →Try the buttons and switch the language: nothing is called or sent.
What if there’s no internet?
The full card opens in the phone’s browser, so it needs a connection. For places with no signal, you can add a free backup code: a second QR code that holds the essentials as plain text, which any phone camera can read offline.
Works without internet (backup code)
- Name and conditions
- Allergies, medicines and your message
- Contacts and their phone numbers
- The emergency number to call
Needs internet (full card)
- Buttons to call and send a message
- First-aid steps for each condition
- The card in the helper’s language (English, Spanish or French)
- Sending a location, if the helper chooses to
The backup code is optional: you switch it on when you create your ID. Print or engrave it next to the main code. It stays in the language you wrote it in. How the backup code works →
Why families choose it
It tells people what to do
Other medical IDs list data. Yours shows a panicked bystander the right steps for epilepsy, a hypo, anaphylaxis, dementia and more.
Nothing stored on a server
Your information lives inside the QR link itself. We have no database, no accounts, nothing to leak or sell.
They can reach you in one tap
Whoever finds them can call you, or send you a message with their location by text or WhatsApp, straight from the card. No app, no account.
Readable abroad, even without signal
The steps show in English, Spanish or French, following the phone that scans it. And a free backup code that works without internet shows the essentials as text.

Living with a condition
What DigitalBracelet is, and what it isn’t
It is
- An emergency information card that anyone can scan, with no app
- A quick way for a stranger to reach your family
- Short first-aid steps based on public health guidance
- A complement to an engraved bracelet or a wallet card
It isn’t
- A medical device
- An alarm or a monitoring service: it doesn’t detect falls or call anyone on its own
- A tracker: no location is shared unless the helper chooses to send it
- Medical advice: always follow the emergency services
- A guarantee: someone still has to notice the ID and scan it
When you can’t be there, give someone a way to help.
Prepare it now, so someone has a place to start if help is ever needed.
Create your free emergency IDAn information tool, not a medical device or an alarm: it does not call for help on its own. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
